Europoles is Europe’s market leader in concrete masts and carrier systems. For the new-build plant in the Polish city of Konin, a durable, high-quality tension bar system was needed for the stays in the concrete pylon roof construction. The design team opted for the use of BESISTA® tension bar systems and compression strut systems.

The popular combination of tension bars and compression struts was used to construct the stay assembly. Provision was made for tensioning sleeves to prestress the tension bars. At the same time, the hot-dip galvanized finish to the BESISTA® tension bar systems guarantees the required sustainability. The components were supplied directly to Poland without any intermediate agents.
